Transportes Garza Leal S.A. DE C.V., located at Periferico Km. 14.5, Corner with Zarco, Colonia Centro, Cd. Lerdo, Durango, is responsible for the processing of personal data provided by individuals ("Data Subjects") to whom they correspond.
In accordance with articles 15 and 16 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals and its regulations, Transportes Garza Leal S.A. de C.V. is responsible for collecting personal data, using it, and protecting it.
The Personal Data provided will be processed based on the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility in terms of legislation. The confidentiality of Personal Data is guaranteed, and it is protected by administrative, technical, and physical security measures to prevent its damage, loss, alteration, destruction, unauthorized use, access, or disclosure.
In accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals and with this notice, the following terms are understood:
"Transportes Garza Leal" is dedicated to general cargo transportation; "Transportes Garza Leal" interacts and has interacted with various individuals, who are the "Data Subjects" of the Personal Data (hereinafter "Data") that were collected from them at some point, or which are collected in this act, so "Transportes Garza Leal" informs them of the type of "Data" it collects, the profile of each individual, and the treatment and/or purpose given to them, in accordance with the following:
Regarding the "Data" of LABOR PERSONNEL (job candidates, employees, former employees, honorary personnel, interns), "Transportes Garza Leal" collects information, personally and/or directly from the mentioned "Data Subjects" in attention to the services and/or functions to be performed, which are the full name, address, Tax Identification Number (RFC), Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), Social Security Number (IMSS), phone number, email, professional experience, certificate of no criminal record, union affiliation, proof of studies, proof of address, and a copy of some official identification; in order to determine the consideration and/or remuneration for the services rendered and the payment made, as well as the communication and location of the person, identification of the same, preparation of a professional profile, which serves for the evaluation and training of these, as well as to make any work recommendation; "Transportes Garza Leal" may request the full name and telephone number of direct family members (ascendants and/or descendants and/or collateral relatives and/or spouse), for labor references. In the event that "Transportes Garza Leal" collects information about a bank account of LABOR PERSONNEL, such data, which are financial in nature, will only be collected for the purpose of facilitating payment, either at a bank or by electronic transfer, of any service and/or supply of a good provided and/or provided. "Transportes Garza Leal" may, at some point, request information and/or conduct socio-economic, psychometric, and/or medical evaluations (health status) of some of the mentioned "Data Subjects", for institutional purposes that help define a profile of the "Data Subject" with the purpose of determining and/or providing some type of benefit in benefits and/or support in particular situations.
"Transportes Garza Leal" may also request and/or collect "Data" from LABOR PERSONNEL and/or their direct family members (ascendants and/or descendants and/or collateral relatives and/or spouse), information consisting of diseases and/or accidents suffered (health status) by the mentioned "Data Subjects", as a type of labor benefit in relation to their position and/or function. Among the "Data" collected from the "Data Subjects" and/or their family members, there is information considered as "Sensitive Personal Data", the treatment of which is authorized in favor of "Transportes Garza Leal S.A. DE C.V." when accepting this Privacy Notice or not objecting or refusing to the treatment of them.
Regarding the "Data" of CLIENTS, either by service request or by formal means of payment, "Transportes Garza Leal" collects personal information from two types of clients:

- •Legal representative's power of attorney (legal entity)
- •Ine of the legal representative (legal and physical person)
- •Tax status certificate
- •Preparation of contract
- •Carry out the billing procedure
- •Collect overdue payments or non-payment defaults;
- •Addressing doubts, comments, suggestions, and complaints made to TRANSPORTES GARZA LEAL S.A. DE C.V. and following up on satisfaction regarding the service provided.
Regarding supplier data, Transportes Garza Leal collects information including full name, address, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), phone number, email address, quotation and/or budget, proof of address, and a copy of some official identification. This information is used to identify and locate the supplier, determine the consideration and/or remuneration for services and/or goods provided and/or supplied to Transportes Garza Leal, as well as for processing the corresponding payment. In the event of collecting information about supplier bank accounts, this is done solely to facilitate payment, either at a bank or through electronic transfer, for a service and/or supply.
Transportes Garza Leal will implement appropriate protection measures, including administrative, physical, and technical measures, to ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of the data.
The processing of data provided to Transportes Garza Leal may be carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in its privacy policy. It is understood that data subjects consent to such processing unless otherwise stated at the time of providing the data.
Data subjects have the right to exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition (ARCO) by submitting a written request to Transportes Garza Leal, Human Resources Department, at the address provided in the privacy policy, or by email to avisodeprivacidad@tgarzaleal.com. They may also express their refusal to the processing and transfer of their data, as well as revoke consent to the processing thereof and limit its use or disclosure. Information will be provided electronically free of charge, except for justified shipping costs or costs arising from the issuance of copies and/or other formats.
Transportes Garza Leal may transfer and/or transfer data to third parties with whom it maintains commercial or professional relationships, provided adequate security measures are guaranteed to protect data privacy.
